Beth, I use it for my main image viewing program and I have been on XP for a while. It works fine. Have them uninstall it and re-download and install it again. Sounds like it may be a bad install.

Welcome to the forums MikkiV You can upgrade at any time and there is no upgrade fee. Your account will be suspended. But you will receive an email when your bandwidth hits 80% so that you can take action to be sure it is not suspended by upgrading to a larger account or buying more bandwidth. TCH does not oversell it's servers and resellers are not able to oversell their accounts either. TCH takes this very serisously. You should not lose any email as long as you can check both places after propogation. You will have to access your old email by using the IP number once you switch the domain name over to TCH for a few days. Hope that helps.
