You can also check any congfig files and see if it is there. Or you can add a new user with a new password and add it to the database.

You could use phpAdmin to change the password but I don't think you can see the password.

Didn't the installer ask you for a password? Normally they do. And it also usually emails you the information of the user/password.

I'd head on over to hotscripts.com and check for something close that you can use. There are a lot of useful scripts there.

Sorry, I have no experience with any of these plugins. Maybe some of our othe WP users do.

phpBB does not include any ads or popups but needs to be updated often due to it's popularity. cPanel does include verison 1.2 of IPB but that is an old outdated free version that could be installed and then you could import your database.

If the servers are busy (doing backups) the stats will not run since they are resource intensive. You will have to get the techs to get it started again by submitting a help desk ticket. Your stats will not be lost as they are being logged. Next time the stats program runs it will be current.

Ok, since it's in tables it has to find all the images before it can display the page. Are the avatars and images in the signatures off-site? That could be part of the problem.

Be warned that anything that happens within your web hosting space is your responsibilty. Allowing people to sign up and send email through your domain could be dangerous. Just playing devil's advocate here. Say someone signs up for an email address from you and then starts sending out email that is considered to be SPAM (it happens). Your account will be suspended.

White-listing should help.

If you change your mail line to read >mail($email, $subject, $message, $headers "-f".$myemail); It will not have a "nobody@" header.

I'm surprised it's working for you with MT. In the future the proper way is to create a database, create a user and add the user to the database.
