  1. Boy it's amazing what Google can find. Now Listening to plugin for Wordpress Current mood plugin for Wordpress
  2. I've never tried generating my own feed but there are a couple of free RSS generators available for download at Snapfiles.
  3. Glad you figured it out.
  4. Is the computer brand new? Is it a name brand computer or did you buy a PC that someone built? If the latter check with the person that built it. If the former check their website. Sometimes you can order a recovery set of disks.
  5. If you want to be a professional web designer and reach the most people without them having to play games with their browser to see your creation then it would be up to you to design the site with that in mind. You can debate it until the cows come home but the bottom line is if you want to be a professional at it and you are being paid to do it then do it right.
  6. There should be software on your new PC that will make you a set of recovery discs. My HP prompted me if I wanted to do it yet or delay doing it until a later date. Couple days later it prompted me again and I made them. And I agree, I don't like that they do not provide you with discs when you purchase. If you want them find a vendor that supplies them with the purchase. Like Dell.
  7. Nice start. Not a fan of Times font but still nice. As for the htaccess files. Only one of them is in use the others are backups. The one the server will read is named .htaccess
  8. Thanks for the update Carl
  9. I use foms on my website but I don't allow the person filling out the form to change the subject of the email so mine are all the same and easy to filter within my email program. If we could see the headers of one of your messages (you can *** out any private info) we could give you some ideas.
  10. The reason your form email is getting filtered to your spam folder is the message is coming for serverXX.tchmachines.com and not the email address you placed in the headers. Don has the right idea, filter on the subject.
  11. Looks like a trip to the help desk is in order. Link above or in my signature. The techs can help find out where the problem lies.
  12. biology
  13. To prevent the servers from being blacklisted it had to be done immediately.
  14. It was announced on August 26 about Comcast forwarders that they would be deleted in the forums. As for logs of the deletion no, there are none. There may be a backup that can be recovered with the forwards in it. You would have to check with the help desk. As a reseller you should subscribe to the Support Announcements forum to receive notifications of change. Actually all users should subscribe to that forum as well as the server forum they are hosted on.
  15. Thanks for they update and glad you found a solution that worked for you.
  16. Welcome to the forums Samantha
  17. Welcome to the forum, Sam
  18. That could be because of the way IE handles web standards. It doesn't.
  19. This may be a similar problem as the one posted here or it may be a question for the help desk.
  20. Please open a ticket with the help desk. Link above and in my signature. The techs will look into it. The mods do not have access to the servers or your account.
  21. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. So is this moive tutorial
  22. Welcome to the forum, Corey I'd vote for manual install. Makes upgrading easier as Thomas said.
  23. I just tried it with a folder on my site that I have a user set up and it worked. In the FTP server box enter ftp.youTCHdomain.ext/folder Use the user@yourTCHdomain.ext you set up for the user and just the password in the third box. That's a pretty nice interface. Never tried it before. I use the FireFTP plugin in Firefox most of the time for my FTP needs.
