Chris, thanks for the kind words. We're glad your happy.

As far as I know the only people reporting this are people using McAfee. I tested your sites in both IE and Firefox and I received no virus warnings. Not to say that there isn't. I am just not seeing it and thus my response. I have been informed that the techs are also checking to be sure there is nothing coming from the server. But as heyguy points out above it may be an injection of an image with a link to some other site that is causing it. But my tests resulted in no such thing.

Is the user using McAfee as their virus software?

If you are planning on installing the MU version please read the Acceptable Use Policy.

Sudden Javascript Errors In Joomla-run Website
TCH-Bruce replied to haejin's topic in Scripting Talk
Your virus question has been answered in the other thread. Please do not cross post questions. Thanks! -
I have tested this site with both IE and Firefox and my AV software is not complaining of a virus on your site. McAfee must be giving false positives.
-
I found no trace when she PM'd the link to me. I think it's a non-issue and McAfee reporting a false positive.
-
I have never tried to use it since it is so simple to just install another instance of WP where ever I need it.

Not exactly. You could use a script like Carp to display the RSS feed on your WP blog but I know of no tools that will turn an RSS feed into a post.

Password Reset Information

The forum is not monitored by staff and the moderators are volunteers and don't have access to your server or your personal account information. Billing is the busiest department but I am sure they will get to it as quickly as possible. -
Can you post a link or PM the link to me and I will see if I get a virus warning? I don't use McAfee but my virus signatures are up to date.
-
McAfee may be reporting a false positve.

Maybe your browser cache was not cleared and you were not seeing the changes that you were making. This happens frequently in IE and is another reason to use Firefox.

I can't answer the is this plan correct for you question or the more RAM but I can answer some of the other questions. -semi-dedicated is a shared server with other reseller accounts. It is essential the same as the other reseller hosting accounts. -Yes, you can manage the MX records or have the help desk help you do it. If you have further questions we'll try to get them answered or you can post a ticket with the help desk (sales).
-
Please open a ticket if this is effecting your site and asked to be moved to another server. Anyone else with the same issure please do the same. I am closing this thread.

The Dummies series books on php and mysql are quite good for a beginner. Apache is the web server software. Since it's run on the host side and you can't modify it I wouldn't know what to recommend except to google for information. If you want to run your own web server I recommend something like XAMPP which includes a web server, php processor and mysql.

I may update my workstation at work today and see how it goes.

The HTML editor in cPanel has been disabled due to a vulnerability. cPanel has never released a fix so that won't work.

As heyguy says ditch the MySpace blog especially if the content is identical. If you can post to MySpace via email you can also do so with WP. If you created a single email and sent to both addresses both blogs would be updated.

I never tried that option. So I don't know but I don't think that works. -
Thanks, but I will wait a week or so before upgrading.

The W3 spec is "id=" should only be used once. You should be able to use "class=". In your CSS file define your menu style beginning with a "."
