You change the name servers at where ever the domaion name was registered. If it is registered thru TCH you would log in here and go to manage DNS. The log in is NOT the same as your cpanel login. It is whatever login info you chose when you registered the domain. If it isnt registered thru TCH, then you would go to whatever registrar you used, godady, enom, registrfly etc.
