  3. Glad I could help.
  4. Actually you dont have to do anything but upload the files. You rename anywhere.php to whatever you want and just use it or include it in a page. I looked at it again though and this isn't going to work either. I'll see if it can be modified to fit your needs or find a better route.
  5. If its stored in the same directory(cook) it would be ><img src="images/myimage.jpg" /> If its outside of the directory(public_html) it would be ><img src="http://www.domain.com/images/myimage.jpg" /> or ><img src="/home/public_html/username/images/myimage.jpg" />
  6. Instead of just the url, you can use >"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" http://www.totalchoicehosting.com
  7. If you are wanting a shortcut on your desktop, just right click on the desktop and select New > Shortcut from the context menu. This will open the shortcut wizard, enter the url and name then finish.
  8. Just use this http://www.cpanelappz.com/cpanel-login-script.htm
  9. No, no chance at all unfortunately. We used to provide shell access, and it was more headaches than it was worth.
  10. TCH runs MySQL 4.0.22 and subqueries were only recently made available in MySQL 4.1. Even though 4.1 has been considered stable since October it's more a matter of cPanel and the scripts they include being compatible with 4.1. Who knows when this could happen but until then you can try Rewriting Subqueries as Joins.
  11. Just wanted to update this thread to let every know that cPanel has resolved this issue.
  12. No problem, I 've been meaning to try out TextPattern and you gave me a reason. Just remember to change it when you get your domain.
  13. Sorry to get off topic, but just wanted to say Welcome to the Family. I see that you are in Pearland, which makes us practically neighbors, as I only live a few minutes away in Pasadena. I hope everything goes well with your transfer and don't worry about scripts and sort there are plenty of people willing to help here.
  14. Ok I give up. I cany' get past that reindeer.
  15. So for I have 343.10

  17. Sorry I feel asleep. Anyway, if you are going to run TP without a domain use these settings. Web domain: localhost (fixes the problem but 'view site' tab will not work) Subdirectory: /~username/ URL mode: /clean/ Also check you config.php, these 2 lines should be >$txpcfg['txpath'] = '/home/username/public_html/textpattern/'; $txpcfg['doc_root'] = '/home/username/public_html/';
  18. Do you have a domain pointed to the site? I think that is part of the problem. I'm going to install it and test.
  19. Those are created by the FrontPage extensions. If you are not using FrontPage then you can unistall them via cPanel. If you do that make a copy of your htaccess so you can replace anything you created in htaccess Take a look for what those lines are for. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_auth.html#authuserfile
  20. Half.com, OR Next letter is N
  21. You can include the menu bar (File,Edit,View,etc..) by changing >window.open('thefullscreen.html','windowname','fullscreen=yes'); to >window.open('thefullscreen.html','windowname','menubar=yes','fullscreen=yes');
  22. Please stop teasing those of that can't attend.
  23. The current policy is "Your subdomains are allowed to be used for any legal purpose. You may not sell the subdomain space to others, nor may you point other domain names to your subfolders. Sub-domains may not be used to host other domains"
  24. Please be patient with us, we are trying to clear this up. Yes it was changed at one point in time but the wording appears to be the same. I'm not sure if it was ever changed in the AUP or if the policy has changed agian. Give us a few moments to verify the current policy.
  25. Yup, I'll probably be there early in case anyone shows up before hand.
