If you buy a computer from Dell and you do not understand how to use Paint Shop Pro, even if they bundle that software, they will not support it. They will ask you to contact the maker of the software. The support ends as long as the software is installed and working. There is no difference between the above and your request. For support on spam assasin please refer to http://spamassassin.org They are, afterall the maker of the software.

With the new upgrades to cPanel came a tad bit of improved security. Your phpbb is mailing out as nobody by server20.totalchoicehosting.com This simply is no longer allowed to work. You need to change your mailer settings in phpbb to use smtp instead of the phpbb. I answered your support ticket. In the furture please either issue a support ticket or post here. Mainly it was becoming to much work for us to maintain. We had to monitor the use, keep track of who had it and when they paid. Simply taking to much time to admin for us. Frankly its a pita to offer. Secondly for security reasons. Bill

Effective 10/16/2003 TCH will no longer offer any form of SSH to our clients, this included JailShell. As of now, if a client already has shell access they will be allowed the continued use of it. A decision on this is forthcoming. If I decide to remove ssh from all users any fees that were paid will be refunded to the end user. Thank you for your continued support. Bill

Stats are published on a regular schedule. This schedule can be delayed if the server loads are above a pre-set threashhold. Drop me a PM with your server number. I will take a look and see whats going on . Bill
