  2. Just a note. The January 2005 Laptop Buyers guide has some awesome reviews. Bill
  3. Sounds like a client side issue not a server side issue. The only thing I have seen even coming close to this is with e-mail accounts. However, that is even sporadic. cPanel updates may cause your default e-mail address to be overwritten, but that's not very likely. Odd one for sure. I would love to see if other users are having this same issue. Bill
  4. Your abuse ticket was responded to and your account reactivated. Please take care of your site as soon as possible to avoid further suspension of service. Bill
  5. Props to all hackers. Thread closed.
  6. We do not offer SSH access to anyone. If you would like your money back that is not a problem what so ever. Just drop us a line and let us know. Like Don said, you really do not need SSH access to restore files. Bill
  7. In your first post you misspelled the following words: confidental perfer clairifacation But who's counting. Please contact me off board and I will be glad to give you a copy of the NDA. Bill
  8. Each employee that works at TCH is bound by a singed NDA. Bill
  9. Hi, We have discovered an error on our domain registration process. Even though a customer was not asking for the new domain name to be parked, the system was parking all new domains. We have since corrected this issue and new domain purchases are once again pointing to our domain name servers. Sorry for any troubles this caused. Bill
  10. Most likely the problem is your FTP client is not in PASV mode.
  11. Nope my license is active till next year. Bill
  12. WD8NTL checking in Well... Here is what I would do. In your linksys there is something called port forwarding. You can forward ports 5198-5199 to each of the nat'd computers. That way the ports are wide open to each of the PC's. I use the port forwarding on my Linksys router for my web server. It works well. Bill
  13. Thanks Bill.....sorry on my part if I implied any "tone" with you. I respect you as a business owner and think you are doing a great job providing the services you do....BTW i very much appreciate you always going above and beyond the nornal call of duty. There still remains two unawered questions.....may i please ask them again. How much RAM memory does the hardware have that supports V-Server 94 & 82 (understanding that it is the same box....as you pointed out) What is the NIC speed connecting the box to the network...10/100/1000? Thanks again......no hard feeling on this end..You? Of course not Russell. 100mbps ports. 16GB total supported memory. 1GB currently installed. Bill
  14. Russell, Slow down there big guy. I answered your questions. Both servers are the same. In regards to your other points. I am glad your happy with TCH. If I did take any approach to you it was simply factual. I think you started some of the tone in your off topic posts in the server move thread. Either way, as always I am thankful for your business and I am always available to answer questions. This is around my 10th reply to your questions, sometimes it is frustrating get a point across in type. Sorry if I did otherwise, it was not my intention. Bill
  15. However with that said. I would like to offer the following. When we bring on new servers, they will be built using the most affordable, high tech, recent options available. This does not mean we will go thru and upgrade older servers. Servers are staffed according to the available resources. Ask our clients on some of the older Dual Pentium3 servers that have been in production for several years. These servers are still very robust, fast and have excellent uptime. It really is about 'available' resources. Bill
  16. They are the same server Ace.
