I understand Bob. Although running a virtual instance is really not that complicated and does not effect the configuration of your bios or boot parameters. It is simply another program running on the computer.

Maybe you could run XP in a virtual machine? I have been running Vista64 for a couple weeks on my new desktop at home. I am very impressed so far.

If we could rewind the days and go "pre lenova" I would say go IBM Thinkpad. I think for the money these days all the sub $1000.00 laptops are very good deals. I like dells as I have seen them in the field and at home. My 11 year old son has a dell that he cant seem to destroy. Bill

This has been rescheduled for this Thursday @ 11pm EST. We are planning a 90 minute maintenance window for this. We do not expect this hardware swap to last longer then 15 minutes, however we have allotted 90 minutes for this swap. Updates will be posted here as we move along with this issue.

Hello TCH family, We will be conducting a small bit of maintenance this Thursday at 11pm EST. We will be upgrading the memory in our core routers. We will also be upgrading some of the software that runs on these routers. This maintenance window is 1 hour. 11pm - 12am We do not expect any downtime during this upgrade, however we are planning a one hour window in case we run into any issues with the Cisco Upgrades. I made Baby Back Ribs, warm Hungarian potatoe salad and Corn on the Cob! I really like my slow cooker.

Meatloaf, fried pototoes and onions, green beans and corn bread rolls. It was really good!

Thankfully I turned the stove off. So it just sat for 10 hours without heat. I stuck it in the fridge when I woke up, wondering how much time I will spend in the bathroom upon eating the second bowl tonight.

Beef Stew........ 3 hours to prepare, ate one bowl. Fell asleep on couch and left pot on stove for 10 hours.
