I have a guestbook on jikrantz.net and want it on jikrantz.se. I have gotten detailed instructions on how it could be moved, but it refuse to work. So 2 questions... 1) Can i ask help desk to move it for me without me loosing any info in it and without having to rename username and pw for it? 2) What info will help desk need to move it if possible?

Hi, Just a customer but i will try to answer your questions, 1) Yes 2) Yes 3) Not that i know of 4) Since you are only allowed to have one domain on a "normal" account, you will have to think about if its a "normal" account or a reseller account you want. 5) Browse around the forum first before you sign up and shall find answr to any question you might have. If not dont hesitate to ask.

Have you tried to ftp to both org and com? If none works, reinstall. If one works, new help desk ticket can be good i think.
