Are you trying to log in with domain.com? If so it can be a propagation issue, which can take up to 72 hours.

Its not your fault. I dont think its anyones fault. What i do wonder though is how no entries can be found on servers or backups and why didnt guestbooks go with the transfer the first time or atleast was viewable?

I see now that jikrantz.se is very down too even if reuploaded everything yesterday before i knew i could ask the support to retry transfer. No mail no nothing works, except marve which are in that reseller package (or how to put it).

As many of you know i am in progress with moving my two sites jikrantz.se and marve.se to a reseller package but something went wrong when tech support transferred them. TCH-Andy asked me to submit a new ticket so the guys could try to transfer them again. I did that and Aromal now tells me: How can i confirm this? Unfortunately i dont have the welcome emails for the servers 23 and 72.

Excuse me for sounding a bit mad...but... when asking support to transfer sites from one server to my new reseller space, does that include guestbooks, forums etc? If it does, i can tell that it does not seems to have worked this time cause i have to reupload everything.

I think you can have the welcome email resent to you in case of an emergency, but im not sure.

That is exactly why i want to do this. I have no use for more bandwidth or space, i use very little of what i have of those in my starterplan but i want to put all my sites under one roof so this is what i need to do according to tch-rules. And yes, there is one more domain im gonna add since one of my subdomains has gotten a little bigger than i expected at first.
