I'm looking at purchasing .de, .eu.com, and .uk.com domain names from Total Choice however I don't see that option listed. Am I missing something? I really would like to keep my business within TCH and not have to buy from any other company. Thanks in advance for your help!

I wanted to express my gratitude for Carl Noonan's excellent technical support and customer service. I have had many issues with my hosting at TotalChoice and he has been extremely patient with me. He responds to my tickets almost immediately and is knowledgeable of all the problems. I wish everyone had as much patience as Carl. I sincerely hope that you continue to reward Carl for his excellent customer service. Afterall, it's great employees who care about their customers that cause a company to thrive and flourish.

I have purchased a new domain to replace the current domain I have attached to my hosting. But.. I can't figure out how to replace my previous domain with my new one. I feel like an idiot. It's probably really simple and I'm overlooking it. Any guidance or tips would be deeply appreciated. You guys rock

Hey guys, First off, I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong section. Second, I've been completely happy for many years with TCH and always recommend it to anyone looking for a great hosting company. You guys rock. I don't run into many problems but when I do, I can usually find the answer by doing a search in the forums. However, I'm not having much luck this week. I'm trying to replace (overwrite) an image within a folder. I keep getting the permission denied error. Although the properties are at 755, every time I try to change them to 777 it keeps switching it back. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? I've never had this problem before. Thanks in advance for all your help, guys!

Well, I understand that. Hey, rules are rules. Everyone has to have 'em... Guess this means I'm gonna have to buy a NEW domain and NEW hosting accounts just so I can have my own domain. Rediculous.

Whaaaaat? You have to be kidding me. I thought TCH was the best! I guess I just found a scratch on the pearl. *sigh* Then how do other people do it? I guess some companies out there allow it? I know of several companies that use three or four domains and they all link to the same site, even though it's only hosted at once place. Is this possible anywhere else? Any reccomendations?

It seems like I can't find any help around here what-so-ever! The live chat representatives have all takin' a party break, I guess, because I wait for minutes, and then it says it's closed. Everytime. So this is my last resort, I suppose. I'm thinking about purchasing yet another domain (my 4th one from TCH) from TCH. However, I wish to forward this one to a sub-domain of mine. Is this possible? If so, where would I go to make such changes once the domain is purchased? Thanks in advance!

I see what you mean, Thomas. Seems to be perfect for what you're using it for I'll keep that in mind if I ever decide to do the same... However, I wanna start selling hosting to other people. Someone recommended Reseller Hosting, but I want to learn more before I try. And of course, I come to the best hosting in the world, TCH

So, anyone mind to explain Reseller Hosting a bit better? I don't really understand the concept. Wouldn't it jus' be cheaper for my clients to buy thorugh TCH seperately, instead of doing it through me, if I bought Reseller Hosting? And if I buy Reseller Hosting, how many accounts do I get? I jus' don't understand. LOL Thanks for your help and answering my questions.

Subject 'Testing', Account: 'mail.drumcrazydesigns.com', Server: 'mail.drumcrazydesigns.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501 <drumcrazy+drumcrazydesigns.com>: sender address must contain a domain', Port: 26, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error Number: 0x800CCC78 Doesn't look Outlook will want me to use that + sign. *sighs*

Jus' found out that I can check my e-mail with the new password using Horde. So, I'm guessin' it's having to do something with Outlook. I changed the password to the new one in Outlook. Still not allowing me. Argh.

Thanks for the welcome, Thomas. I changed the server to 26. It sent. But now I get this: I was getting it before, but I figured that changing my password using CPanel would fix it. I changed the password, and have been trying to use that. Doesn't work, though. Thanks, once again.
