Hi and welcome to the forum Does your current host have cpanel? If so there is a big chance that the techs here can do a cpanel-transfer.

For some reason I don´t think this was a smart thing of google to do. I don´t know how many times I´ve met the message "The server have encountered a problem..." since yesterday. Can it be related with their double capacity thing?

Paul is correct, the help desk will know if you are auto-billed or not.

Hi Rick, You can switch or park it on the com domain. I would park it myself so people do have access to the site until the new one have propagated fully and then let the com domain expire (if thats what you want). Please submit a ticket to the help desk after you purchased the new domain and they will help you.
