  2. Thanks Mike. Uh oh, one more browser to download to check my sites in before releasing them to the world then. IE 8 will have this feature too as I have understood.
  3. Partially correct. I´m not saying the problem will be either here or there. It was just a suggestion to try to narrow it down a bit.
  4. Sorry, I don´t know the answer to this but to troubleshoot, have you tried sending him an email through another client or even the webmail accessible through cpanel?
  5. Pidgin 2.5.1 has been released. Read more / Get it at: pidgin.im
  6. I tried adding a rose to my cart and got a blank page. Did not need to register to put that rose in the cart if it helps in the troubleshooting.
  7. Welcome to the forum, michaelligh. Please submit a ticket with the helpdesk and they will be able to both fix the MX records and tell you the correct IP. Link on top of page and in my signature.
  8. I think (but not sure) the index manager in cpanel may do what you want.
  9. I would overwrite the whole "profiles" folder you found, with the profiles folder you have on backup. Then in Documents and Settings\My Full Name\ApplicationData\Thunderbird\ you will find profiles.ini and in that file only change this: to whatever the profile name is in your backup (should be a random name like above and ending with .default).
  10. Are you using Windows XP or Vista?
  11. I believe that each time you install Thunderbird (and Firefox), it will generate a unique name for the profile where your email are stored and you might also need to change some lines in the profiles.ini, otherwise it will not find your profile (ie your email). These lines should look something like this: The times I have had to reinstall Thunderbird I never remember if to set the following settings to either 0 or 1, so you might need to try different combinations: The profile.ini file can be found in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Thunderbird
  12. Samantha is correct.
  13. Welcome to the forum, reform. I´m glad you found a solution.
  14. Thunderbird 2.0.0.16 have been released. As usual, Read more / Get it at: mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/ or click the update button in the help menu.
  15. Coughs... Bill isn´t saying the person is coming to the U.S at all, only that the box is leaving the U.S. If no problem with the customs, my suggestion is some form of a computer that fits in to the box.
  16. 1. Set the new domain nameservers to point to the same as the old domain does. 2. Submit a ticket with the helpdesk to tell them about the change. 3. Done.
  17. No.
  18. If you have the welcome email, the login info is there, otherwise you´ll need to submit a ticket with the helpdesk and answer a few questions from them to identify you and they will fix it for you.

  21. I can´t answer why your site was suspended due to using Frontpage but for your other question about an alternative program, I would look in to KompZer at kompozer.net.

  23. This "failed" log in screen, does it show if you click the inbox or before?
  24. Welcome to the forum, jhl. I just checked on Fantasticos site and it looks like joomla 1.5 can be included in fantastico now. I don´t know why it isn´t available on the servers but I will check around if may be added.
