Not sure I understand what you did in what order, but if you create a subdomain, cpanel will create the folder for you and I believe removing the the subdomain first is the way to go and after that you can remove the folder. It sounds to me it´s time for a ticket with the help desk and they will sort it for you.

Thanks for the info, rarpsl. -
OJB is correct. The help desk will be able to do this.

Welcome to the forum, cowrtehc. Since I don´t know if you have a reseller package or a virtual package, I am not sure it can be changed but if you submit a ticket with the help desk, they will be able to tell you (link on top of page). If you have a reseller package, you should be able to fix this through the WHM. If you have a virtual package, a ticket is needed.

Weird, But: Has Anyone Gone From Wordpress Back To Blogger?
TCH-Thomas replied to dsb's topic in WordPress
Welcome to the forum, dsb. Since all these problems also seems to happen when you are trying to install WP through Fantastico I would submit a ticket with the help desk and ask them to look into this (link on top of page and in my signature). This is not a fantastico issue, since you can not have more than one index file in the root. As for CNAME, this can be fixed through a ticket with the help desk. -
Welcome to the forum, kc0izr. To have the MX records changed you will only need to submit a ticket with the help desk and they will take care of it for you.

There should have been a confirmation email sent from the helpdesk. Did you use an email address that is not related to your domain such as hotmail etc? If so I would check the spam/junk box if the email has arrived there. Other ways to contact the helpdesk can be found here, including live chat, instant messaging. Please try one of these if no email arrives somewhere.
-
I believe there is. However, if you submit a ticket with the helpdesk, with an email address that is not your domain (gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc will work), which is the only place where this can be sorted, they will send you a email with a link where you can read and respond. When you click this link and it asks you for the password, please use the "Lost password" link. Now the password will be sent to you and you should be able to log in providing you have entered the same email as described above, using the link in the previous email from the helpdesk to read and respond. The helpdesk will probably ask you several questions for identification, but I am sure they will sort out the problems.
