The Coppermine people have released version 1.4.20, which is a security release. It is important that all users who run version 1.4.19 or older update to this latest version as soon as possible. Read more / Get it at: forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,57882.0.html

Please make sure it has the extension .ico and is placed in public_html and it should work, otherwise please let us know step by step how you did and we troubleshoot from there. If you want the same favicon to show up in all sub folders/domains I believe you only need to place it it public_html, but if you want a different favicon in another folder you would need to upload one to that folder as well.

To have these files and folders ownerships changed please submit a ticket and the techs will do it. This is a issue with joomla as I understand, and as far as I know nothing users of joomla can do anything about.

Revised: Give Access To Awstats
TCH-Thomas replied to TCH-Dick's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Welcome to the forum, chemdata. wkg is correct, please submit a ticket and ask the techs if something´s changed on your server. -
On the virtual plans you may park as many domains as you want on top of each other, but to use several domains for different content you would need multiple accounts. On a reseller plans this would be allowed.

Words On Webpage Appear Typed Over Each Other - Why?
TCH-Thomas replied to Mrs. Muddled's topic in Software Talk
I could now see this problem in Firefox by changing the text size. In my Firefox it´s under View > Zoom. Are you using a bigger text size than default in Firefox? -
Unable To Connect To Database
TCH-Thomas replied to sheryltoo's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
It basically means that the database was down at the moment which needs to be "alive" for people to be able to post in the forum. Maybe the server was rebooting or anything. Is all well now with the forum or is it still down, if the latter you should submit a ticket and ask the techs to look into it. -
Words On Webpage Appear Typed Over Each Other - Why?
TCH-Thomas replied to Mrs. Muddled's topic in Software Talk
Does this appear in other browsers than Firefox too? -
In your ftp programs settings or similar, try setting the number to 1 or 2 and se if it helps. In my ftp, this is called "Global max concurrent transfers" and "Per site max concurrent transfers", so look for something similar to that.

Black Listing Pool.ukrtel.net
TCH-Thomas replied to imaginarynumber's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
195.5.46.19 seems to be their ip so I would try 195.5.*.* in the ip deny manager and see if it helps. -
Just a quick note... If you are updating/modifying css files etc in newly installed modules and components, they too will need the ownership change, so you´ll need to submit a ticket for those as well.
