OK. We think the problem is fixed. I sent a test email to the emails address and got one copy in that folder and one in the borfast folder.

If you uninstall and then reinstall FP extensions you will need to republish your site. There are several _vti files that are installed and FP interacts/stores information in them.

Actually, the disk usage viewer has been on cPanel for a while now. It is a nice feature. Another fairly new feature that is handy is the Raw Logs Manager. As for the Add-on scripts, we generally add them if there is a specific request. Right now the three available are PHP-Nuke, InvisionBoard, and OSCommerce. Most of the new stuff in cPanel 7 are behind the scenes things. Here is some info HG gave in another thread:

Yes, you will be able to add accounts using those domains in the cPanel of your main account. You can also set up a default address for them as well.

Any department will do. As has been mentioned, you can set up the nameservers with your registrar to point here and then request that we park the new domain and we'll get it set up pretty quickly.

The add ons are a part of cPanel so we are not sure when a newer version will be put in place. Some users have updated manually.

Please realize that you may have been making changes on your site on the old server. At this point, it would be best not to make any changes to your site until everything is complete in the move and you are seeing the site on the new server.

The easiest solution would be to put an html redirect file in your public_html directory. Here is an example of code you could use. Just name the file index.html.

Many of us run MT on here. Image::Magick is installed on all servers as is MySQL and MT works fine with both. I am not familiar with Typo3 but it should run fine as well if the requirements are Image::Magick and MySQL. We do not support Promail but some users may be able to comment on how they have set things up. The Private nameservers information can be found on our Help Pages. MailMan is provided on the cPanel as an option for maintaining a mailing list. You can set up as many mail accounts as you need.

FSUChucky is talking about a different part of his original question. It would probably be good to submit a Help Desk ticket and let me see if I can duplicate the error. That will at least help us to know if it is an Outlook problem or something else. One thing you can try is that if your inbox is empty when you check Webmail, delete the account and recreate it. That's assuming you aren't storing stuff in the Webmail.

The page_base should be /home/saintco/public_html. The URL_base can be http://yourdomainname.com/poems/ after your domain has propagated.

You are not missing anything obvious. There were some problems with the newest version of cPanel (which will include SquirrelMail) so it has been removed for now. I will look into the Multiple Identities when I get the chance.

Thanks, Turtle. It's been a busy night and I didn't have the time to look for the link. Bottom line is you can delete it and forget it.

It's a part of the IMAP system that gets set up when you run Webmail for the first time. If you get it in Outlook you can delete it. There are several posts somewhere on the forum with info as well.

The difference is that the site is currently on a Windows server and we are running Linux servers. The capitalization in the domain name doesn't matter but the filenames do. For example, if you put a file called Index.html in your public_html directory you will get a directory instead of your page but if you change it to index.html it will load fine. I tend to be sure that all of my filenames are lowercase letters only which makes things easier.
