  1. Hi, Yes, to park a domain, you simply use our nameservers (whether the domain name is registered with us, or elsewhere), and open a ticket at the help desk and ask us to park it for you.
  2. If you upload the zipped file, then go into the"file manager" within cpanel, click on the file, and there should be an "unzip" option on the right hand side.
  3. Have you tried rebooting ? Have you checked the connections settings that Firefox is using? (Tools, options, general, connection settings)
  4. I'm glad it's working for you now you could move to a faster, better hosting service - such as TotalChoice Hosting The size of your pages are fairly small, so it should download fast enough on all but the slower dial-up connections. For checking download speed and optimisation, try http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/index.html
  5. Hi claudym, Since it is not hosted on our servers, I can not acces to check fully. I can see the beginning of most of the Flash. Have you cleard your cache fuly? Have you uploaded them in the correct mode (binary). I also note that at least one of the swf files is hosted on a site other than your own, which can lead to additional problems. Finally, there are a number of HTML coding errors, but I don't think these are directly related to any Flash problem.
  6. Hi claudym, Welcome to the forums It still sounds to me as if you have local links (to the files on your computer) rather than links to the files on your site. What is the domain name? so we can take a look.

  8. Hi, Yes, that's perfectly possible to do things that way. Just open a ticket at the help desk when you want to change the ownership / credit card details and we'll help sort it out for you.
  9. Hi d.a.n Welcome to the forums The best thing to do is to open a ticket at the help desk (link at top of page) and give us a list of some of the IP addresses being "blocked" and we will take a look.
  10. Welcome to the team Aaron It's great to have you on board
  11. If incoming works, but outgoing doesn't then it is nearly always your ISP blocking the outgoing port. You could try changing it from port 25 to port 26.
  12. Hi, It depends what you want to get from the log files. Generally, I'd suggest a quick google search for "log Analyzer" and download one of the free analyzers to have a play with.
  13. Welcome to the forum, battle
  14. Welcome to the forums Senator
  15. Hi, Doing a quick Google on it gave me packages like SmarterStats that will analyse your logs and give you that. Alternatively, if you are any good at scripts, or even Excel - I'd pull the data straight from the log files.

  17. HI René Where do you want to redirect the main site to?
  18. Thanks for the kind words Robert I'm glad it's all sorted
  19. The easiest way is always to upload it to your account, and then open a ticket at the help desk, and ask us to restore it fully for you.
  20. I use an email client on my pocket PC PDA - using POP3 & SMTP, and that works fine for me. You can then read and type your reply without using any bandwidth to.

  22. Hi Boxturt, I'm glad it's all sorted now Now you have that in your .htaccess it should be fine about everything in the future - apart from if you use subdomains. Basically some scripts do not like to run without the domain name, often because of "includes", as in your case, where it interprets the include to reference an invalid path. There are some alternative workrounds - but they virtually all have problems of some sort or another. Unless anyone else knows of a failsafe system.
