  1. Unless he transfers the domain to you there is nothing you can do with it. You will have to wait for it to expire and then purchase it.
  2. Welcome to the forums and family, Feen.
  3. I'm switching to Thunderbird and Portable Thunderbird (on a USB pen drive)
  4. With Outlook I am assuming you are using the POP feature right? And not IMAP? Using POP do you have Outlook set to remove email as it retrieves it? If you are using IMAP I don't think this is an option since the mail is never brought down to your machine.
  5. If you are forwarding an address of an account that exists it will still deliver the mail received to that account as well as forward to what ever account you designated. If you don't want a copy saved locally then you should not have an account set up and only a forward. Hope that makes sense.
  6. Add a forward from your old account to your new account and delete the old account. Of course you are going to get all the spam going to the old account until you quit forwarding.
  7. Welcome to the family! Moving for organization
  8. I don't think sub-subdomains are possible.
  9. Thanks Rick, should have checked with you first.
  10. Welcome to the family. Please open a Help Desk ticket to support and ask if they would install them for you. Link at top of this page.
  11. Welcome to the family and forums, gdoran!
  12. Nice article Andrew! Thumbs Up
  13. I used FrontPage for a while until I got disgusted with all the overhead it adds to the pages. I have since gone back to writing in a text editor.
  14. Welcome to the family, lenscrftr!
  15. You should find your user data in the following type path. C:\Documents and Settings\Login_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\Default User\something.slt
  16. Thomas, if you uninstall all of your personal preferences are saved. You don't need to uninstall. You can install over the current installation.
  17. I agree with the choice of IrfanView too. Been using it for years.

  19. 1. I don't have an answer for this. I code using a text editor. 2. I use MT and modify my stylesheets to get the look I want. There are others here using Wordpress and can comment on that software. 3. TCH is a hosting company. They provide the space to host your website, blog and what ever else you want to host. But it is your responsibility to know how to build and upload your content. A suggestion to learn stuff is to create a subdomain through cPanel or just create a folder on the server and upload the stuff you want to try out. As long as you don't provide any links to it from your main site nobody would know it's there. I would also add a line to a robots.txt file in your public_html to not allow indexing spiders like Google to index your test area. You can find a tutorial on the robots.txt file here. http://www.searchengineworld.com/robots/robots_tutorial.htm
  20. Welcome to the family! And your new home.
  21. Invision is still available. If it is not visible in your cPanel please open a support ticket and they will fix it so that you can install it. The version in cPanel is not the most recent. I think it's either 1.2 or 1.3.
  22. apple ("a" is for)
  23. Happy Thanksgiving all!
  24. Welcome to the family!
