  2. Are they single documents or do you need to manipulate them creating indexes and stuff like that? I have heard people recommend pdf995 but Adobe has released something called Adobe Acrobat Elements. I got a copy when I purchased my Dell laptop. It creates PDFs by printing to a printer you define similar to Distiller. It was only $18 when I purchased it with the Dell. Works well for quick PDFs.
  3. You are both correct.

  7. I use both AVG and EZAntiVirus and they both scan email. I don't use them together, I use them on separeate machines. I have not encountered any problems with either.
  8. You can pay monthly and the domain name is not part of the hosting plan. You can purchase a domain here or you can get one elsewhere and point to the TCH servers. And welcome to the forums.
  9. I merged the posts. Please do not cross post. We read all forum posts. Sorry can't help with your Norton problem since I don't use it. Maybe someone else that uses it will be able to offer assistance.

  13. Not true, I don't think. An MX record is like a DNS record. It's a domain record for the mail exchange. As long as the name servers handling the MX record was not down it wouldn't matter if yahoo.com was down or not. Someone correct me if I am worng.
  14. If you have any MySQL databases they will appear below the home backup as well as aliases and filters you have created. Download all of them.

  23. What are you saying here? I use both EZAntivirus and AVG with Thunderbird. My virus software captures virus email while being downloaded. The only thing I can really complain about with Thunderbird is not being able to insert a signature into a message if you had no signature set up for it. With Outlook Express you could set up multiple signatures to be used for any account.
