Roundcube is in Alpha development so that means it will more than likey be pretty buggy. I'd wait until it hits beta. I could find no requirements for running this software other than have Pear and MySQL which is on the TCH servers. But it makes no reference to versions of those so I can't say whether or not it will run here. As for PHP problems and Squirrel Mail you will have to open a support ticket with the help desk. The mods do not have access to the servers or your account. As for when a new Squirrel Mail will be available that's up to the folks at cPanel to include it in their builds. To find which server your domains are on it should be displayed in cPanel if not let the help desk know. And the different skins you are seeing can only be changed by submitting a help desk ticket unless you have a reseller account.

If you did not get a confirmation that the purchase went through and the domain name is still available more than likely the transaction was canceled when you clicked that link. Try purchasing the domain name again. If it's still available the transaction did not complete. If you get a double charge to your paypal account then contact them by email and request an explanation. Or contact us and we'll try to help straighten it out.

This is how I set up all my cron jobs >/usr/bin/php -q /home/my-cpanel-id/public_html/my-path/my-script.php > /dev/null I'm just using PHP as an example. If there is an error during the execution I still get email in my domain default email account. But no error, no email.

Are you accessing your cpanel using https:// Have you tried http:// I'm trying to help locate your problem.

But wait, I just ran a trace route from dnsreports.com as you did with the same results. That does not show the route from your machine to the servers it shows the route from their site to the servers. Have you run a trace route from your own machine? Running from my own machine I get different results.

Have you opened a ticket with the help desk and given them your IP to see if it's been accidentally added to their firewall? Possible cause of an IP being firewalled is forgotten passwords and multiple attempts made to gain access.

I would use >/dev/null

I use ieSpell add-on for Internet Explorer and the Spellbound extension for Firefox. Both work great.

Did you log into Horde with your email account and password or did you just hit webmail and select Horde as the domain owner without logging in?

The site is hosted here but the domain name was purchased through TCH's agent Wild West Domains.

Andy is a staff member and a tech so he does have access to all the servers and thus able to access the log files without logging into your account. And for the record, I did read your post. Since you could not provide what was being hotlinked too, I offered a method as did Andy to block only the site that was leeching your content based on what information you provided. I never told you to turn on hot-link protection I gave a method to block content from being accessed.

Why not create custom error pages? 401.php, 403.php, 404.php?

First of all bumping threads is against the Forum Guidelines. That being said, please allow some time for someone to respond. Maybe the person that can answer your question just hasn't seen it yet. There are other resources. like Google or the Phorm site, you can use to find an answer if you can't wait to see if someone responds here.
