I have themes with and without the single.php so I don't think that is the issue.

Undeletable Folder On In My Website.
TCH-Bruce replied to dwayne dibbly's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
If a script created the folder it is possible that the user "nobody" owns it which is the web server and you will need to open a ticket with the help desk to get it deleted. -
I tried helping Kristi and even sent a copy of Wordpress I've installed on 5 different blogs and it's still not working for her.

I'll stick with Firefox but thanks for the heads up.

Undeletable Folder On In My Website.

How did you create the folder? -
The logs are not stored under your home account they are stored elsewhere on the server so you do not have access to them directly. You could open a ticket with the help desk and ask if it's possible but I don't think it is.
-
No but you could download your FTP logs and analyze them.

Seo, Google, And Domain Name Forwarding
TCH-Bruce replied to charlesleo's topic in Web Site Promotion
Well I have 6 alternate domain names parked (not forwarded) on top of my actual account and it has not had any effect on our search engine rankings. -
And with no shell access your solution will not work. But welcome the forums

Working here fine too

The X theme is icons and the BlueLagoon theme is text in appearance.

If you want to delete the current installation do the following. Delete all the files in the folder you created the forum in. Then delete the folder. In cPanel delete the database the forum was using and you can also delete the user assigned to the database. Now you can install a new board. Instead of deleting the current board you could upgrade it using the upgrade files on the phpBB site.

The index should be displaying. Please open a ticket with the help desk and have them check it.

Undeletable Folder On In My Website.
TCH-Bruce replied to dwayne dibbly's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
If you are not the owner of the folder you will be unable to delete it. Please open a ticket with the help desk and they will be able to delete it for you or change the ownership so that you can delete it yourself. -
On virtual accounts you must open a ticket with the help desk to have the theme changed. If you have a reseller account you can change them yourself. A note about skin changes. All new accounts are being set up with X as the skin. This is to provide a standard interface in case you have problems with your account the techs on the help desk will be able to help you find things in your cpanel quicker. If everyone is running a different skin it will take more time to get answers sometimes.

Well you could upload them just like you would any other files with an FTP program but I would open a ticket with the help desk and have them look at your account and make sure nothing else is wrong.
-
Glad you sorted it out.

You can try this site to try and identify it.

Please do not post links to other hosting sites in these forums. Thanks.

Sorry, haven't used Frontpage in years. I use external form processing scripts that contain the from address when sending. I've written my own form processing scripts for each form in Perl so that won't help you. Maybe one of our Frontpage users will be able to help you out.
