Create a database in cPanel. Create a user. Add the user you created to the database. For your configuration: The database name will be your-cpanel-name_dabasename The user will be your-cpanel-name_user The password will be the password you used when you created the user. Hope that helps.

Eudora is an email program. They are all safe to use if you don't open attachments from sources you don't know and make sure javascipt and any other scripting functionality is turned off. Is this what you are trying to set up? It has nothing to do with forms for others to send you email or submit anything. Here are instructions for setting up Eudora.

Everything you need is on the server. Install it and go.

Still not clear but it sounds like you want a forms processing script. What are you using for your online zine, maybe we can tell you more that way.

I'm assuming you are using the current version of the plugin. Did you read the NOTE in the Quickstart Guide? Check your .htaccess file for any redirects and make sure you have the proper feed URL entered.

Do you have other users under Docs & Settings? Check them for an Application Data folder or do you have a Mozilla folder under your name?

Not sure about your Firefox installation but your profile should be in the Documents and Settings structure. That's how Firefox is able to be deleted from your machine and reinstalled and not lose the profile information. It's also how you can grab a copy of Portable Firefox and put it on a USB drive and act the same as your desktop broswer by copying the profile folder to the USB drive.

I'm sorry that you had problems with your site. But I must say Live Support has gone nowhere, it's still available. We also have help pages and movie tutorials for setting up FTP. Your server name can be found when you log into cPanel. Make sure you subscibe yourself to your server forum thread to be notified of changes made to your server. And there is always the forums if you get stuck. Are you still having problems?

Not sure what OS you are using but mine are located in this path on Windows XP >C:\Documents and Settings\{my user login}\Application Data\ Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\{my profile}\bookmarkbackups

It sounds like they are being blocked from using port 25 for sending email while traveling. That is very possible since it is easy to send spam email out. You can ask them to try changing their port for sending to port 26 instead of port 25. Won't guarantee it will work. But if not there is always web mail.

If you are serious about selling from your website you would do yourself better by getting an SSL certificate for your domain instead of using the shared certificate or use PayPal. Just my .02 cents.

The size limit of 2MB is set on the servers but you can upload larger files modifying your .htaccess file and inlcude the following for 10MB >php_value max_execution_time 1200 php_value memory_limit 30M php_value post_max_size 10M php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

You can but not all at once. You need to open a ticket with the help desk to get the limits on sending mass emails. We do not discuss the limits in the forums for obvious reasons. There is a link to the help desk at the top of this page or in my signature.
