Look at the headers of the returned email. You will most likely find they are from some obscure source. If in doubt open a ticket with the help desk and provide the headers of the email and the techs can confirm. If it was script on your site generating the messages I'm sure TCH would have spotted it and informed you.

Listen to Bob, he's right. Someone is spoofing your domain address and why you are receiving all the bounces. If you set your default email address to :fail: in cPanel it will stop most if not all of these from getting to you. It's the price you have to pay for having your own domain name.

I was at home when I answered originally and didn't have access to this program that can capture a scrolling web page. It's called SnagIt (you can google for it). Another alternative.

Sorry, I'm not that familiar with Joomla but if the techs cannot find anything wrong not sure what to have you try. Have you tried rebuilding the database?

I don't know of any way to print the information other than to print the web page. Why not just give the client access to their AwStats?

You may want to open a ticket with the help desk (link at top of page and in my sig). If you had too many bad attempts at logging in you may have been blocked.

You will need to find mailing list software that allows attachments. I am not familiar with the mailing list software in Fantastico so I'm no help there. The other problem you are going to have is the number of recipients of your mailing list. TCH has limits in place to prevent someone from sending spam. We do not discuss the limits in the forums but you can open a help desk ticket and ask what the limits are. I send attachments to a mailing list using my own ISP email account stating it's coming from my domain (which gets me around the limits on the server) using a program called MailBomber. You can google for it. I've also written my own applications to handle the limits using a program called febootiemail. You can google for that as well (it also allows attachments). Basically you create a batch file to send your messages. You can also check hotscripts.com for scripts that run on the server. But keep in mind the limits on the servers. Hope that helps.

TCH has no control over when Fantastico updates the scripts it installs. Fantastico is getting better at keeping updated but there will be times when they are behind. I still prefer to install my scripts manually.
