Add the following to your .htaccess file on the site you are redirecting. >ErrorDocument 404 http://where-ever-you-want-it-to-go That should get you what you want.

To answer your last question first, yes you need to open a ticket with the help desk to get them to install the certificate (it does incur a fee). If you have you own certificate the links to your cart will be: >https://yourdomain.ext/path-to-cart-or-file Using the shared certificate the links to your cart or files will be: >https://servername/~username/path-to-cart-or-file

You have way more patience than I do. If I couldn't have got it working in 3 days it would have been trashed and replaced with a new machine. Or taken it to someone that could do it for me. A month and you are still trying.
