  1. Add the following to your .htaccess file and create the page as 404.htm >AddType application/x-httpd-php .htm .html ErrorDocument 404 /404.htm This will allow you to parse php information in html files.
  2. I know of no where that public keys are available for the shared SSL certificates on the servers. Maybe the help desk can answer that too.
  3. Glad you found a solution.
  4. No, you cannot access that to change the permissions. So please open a ticket with the help desk and they will take care of it for you.
  5. TCH backups run nightly but TCH is not responsible for your data. It's a benefit you receive because the backups are run but it's your data and as such your responsibility. I searched the forums (I know a novel idea). Backup Policy
  6. That is correct, you can define cron jobs in cPanel.
  7. No shell access (SSH) but yes for the other requirements.
  8. I send the backups to a domain hosted email address and then retrieve it with my email client. My databases are no where near as large as yours.
  9. Ok, I was successful logging in once with IE7 using the following. >ftp://username:password@domain.ext
  10. One of the reasons I don't like QuickTime and stopped using it.
  11. I don't use a browser to FTP. Try it in an FTP client. And it would be subdomain.domain.ext not subdomain@domain.ext
  12. I don't send them to GMail, I send them to a domain hosted address but you may be on to something with the size limit. Check GMail's limits.
  13. Welcome to the forums Anil
  14. Thanks Jayson
  15. There will be no downtime. They will have to check both places for email for about a week using the IP numbers of the old server and new server. Once mail stops flowing to the old IP address you can switch it to use the domain name and remove the old IP check. MX = Mail Exchange and this is the correct forum to discuss mail issues. The problem you will encounter is not really a problem, I've changed hosts and servers a couple of times. The nameservers around the world need to update for email as well as the web site. Sometimes the mail lags behind the web site. Your MX record is tied to your domain unless you have the support desk manually change it to point somewhere else. No, it doesn't work that way as exlained above.
  16. All six of my cron backups are working fine using dbsender. You may want to compare your script with the Backup thread.
  17. LOL, that's a great page.
  18. See, now you got it. It's hard to just get the QT player without iTunes anyway. And thanks!

  23. Welcome to the forums lizzieanddarcy As Andy said, I don't use CSB either but you need to create a link to the PDF file and publish the PDF file to your site.
