I'm sorry your subdomain is gone but your server was migrated last night to the new datacenter. A message was posted in your old server forum about the move taking place. I would suggest opening a ticket with the help desk and see if they can move your subdomain over manually. You should have been subscribed to your old server forum to receive the notification. I recommend you subscribe to the Skywalker forum now so you don't miss any critical messages in the future.

I have never used ZenCart but I would assume so. I take it you have built a store in /store directory so yes, you will have to point to that directory and name the page index.php to have it display automatically.

First a question needs to be asked. Do you have your own SSL certificate? If you have your own SSL Certificate it would be https://your-domain.ext/store If using the shared SSL Certifcate it would be https://your-server-name/your-cpanel-name/public_html/store A link to the help page
