  1. Yeah, my company site doesn't have as good a ranking as we have in Google.
  2. Put the index.html or index.html file back into the public_html folder. I guess that's what you are asking. You should remove the installation of zen cart and reinstall it to the correct folder instead of moving them. I'm sure there are internal links that would have been created and now they won't be where they should be. I have never used zen cart so I am not certain but most packages that require a database store paths and links in the database.
  3. Can't say that I have and I just tested sending from GMail to a TCH hosted account and it worked just fine.
  4. Yes, that is a valid command and can be used. Whether or not it actually removes the images will depend on permissions of the images.
  5. You need to open a ticket with the help desk to make this type of request. Link above or in my signature.
  6. No problem and you're welcome.
  7. >$zippath = "/home/username/folder full of pics"; This needs to be the full path from /home so it should include /home/your-user-id/public_html/other-folder And hopefully you didn't remove the <?php on the very first line.
  8. Welcome to the forums khyams Wikipedia A subdomain is usually a folder withing your hosting space that is accessed using an address like demo.your-domain.ext, calendar.you-domain.ext, etc...

  10. I would assume the links to the tchmachines listed would be from you by clicking on a link in your welcome email or some such. As for why your .net domain is serving up a .css file from your .com domain is because that's the way it is being referenced in your pages I would assume.
  11. Please open a ticket with the help desk. Thanks.
  12. You can install Joomla right from your cPanel using Fantastico. Of course you always run the risk of being behind on updates but it's there as a starting point for you.
  13. I remember V the series. Excellent show. We are scifi fans in our household too.
  14. push
  15. NO!
  16. Only if they point to the same entry point. You cannot host two domains serving different content without having multiple accounts or a reseller account. No, I have no idea why you would be receiving an error. Turn off any web blocking software you may have running and try again. Like what? With the price of hosting and what you get I don't know what kind of goodies you would expect. Oh, wait! We have this friendly forum that you get for no extra charge.
  17. With a regular hosting account you would have FTP. You can also find an FTP client that allows for scripts to be run. I know CuteFTP can run scripts which would automate some of it. But since the image file names will change it may be difficult. And you can check out the second post in the automated backup thread which may help.
  18. An email client on the users computer is the way to go. That's my opinion. You can still forward to a GMail address but that can change as did he AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail....
  19. I have not tried RoundCube. Don't know if it's possible to access that one directly. The help desk would know.
  20. golf (wish I was)
  21. Please open a ticket with the help desk and ask. Only the techs would be able to answer this.
  22. There used to be a way to login to Horde. Can't find the info now. >http://your-TCH-domain/sqmail That should get you Squirrelmail. Of course it's not working for me but a ticket with the help desk will fix that.
  23. Make sure you have your file manager set to display hidden files. If the changes you made are working the file is still there and you just can't see it.
  24. TCH releases Fantastico updates as they become available. The problem is Fantasico takes their good sweet time in releasing updates. It is better to learn to install updates and scripts manually. This way you will can always install the current updates as they are released.
  25. The post Dick refers too says yes, you have to update manually.
