  1. Welcome to the forums Silkspinner You may want to check out this thread posted a couple of days ago. There is a link to setting up a web store front.
  2. I don't remember the thread but it could be a number of reasons he cannot access the site. Most commonly there is a block from their network. Second would be a block on their particular PC (Netnanny or any other blocking software installed). They could be blocked in TCH's firewall. You would need their IP and open a ticket with the help desk asking that it be checked. Short of that, can they access it from their home? They can try a proxy service at their work location and see if they can access it that way.

  10. Try adding the following to your .htaccess file and see if it works. ><IfModule mod_security.c> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </IfModule>

  12. I assume you want to put them in your sidebar. So you need to pick a spot in your sidebar.php file of the theme you are using and insert it. If your theme supports widgets you may be able to use the TEXT widget to do the inserting and place the TEXT widget where you want it to appear in your sidebar.

  15. Glad you sorted it out. As mentioned before when you move sites that use a database there are usually links stored in the database that need to be changed as well.
  16. Thanks for the link. Looks informative.
  17. Please open a ticket with the help desk and one of the techs will tell you for sure.
  18. Added, please check for accuracy. Sorry it took so long.
  19. Hey Dick, never heard of 4hoursearch before but on our company's key phrase we come up in the first row and 2nd down on the first page. I too like it!
  20. Not a problem. Glad it's working for you.
  21. Welcome to the forums John It has nothing to do with your email on TCH. It has to do with your ISP. They are now blocking the use of port 25 for sending email. A lot of ISP's are blocking the use of port 25. TCH allows for email to also be sent SMTP over port 26 to alleviate the issue. As for not being able to receive email I assume you are using POP3 on port 110. Just be sure that your are validating by using your full email address and password to receive.
  22. Well if that's the case then use /usr/local/bin/ to preface the commands.
  23. Please open a ticket with the help desk and let them know. Link above or in my signature. Thanks.
  24. Welcome to the forums, vba
  25. Welcome to the forums, ohh! You should not need a path to execute rm, date and ls. Just write your script to do the following: >rm /path-to-files date ls /path-to-list
