Thanks for the kind words betsyrc You can find plenty of information and tutorials on creating forms on the web. The only difficult part with creating forms is making sure that what ever form processing script you use is secure. In other words cannot be used to send spam to others. Without writing your own download manager you should be able to find a suitable script on hotscripts.com

There is one other post here in the forums asking about Silverlight. As I see understand it, this is a client side flash type player. All you need to do is create the proper urls for your video and it should play just fine.

The only thing I could think of is block them by IP address in your .htaccess file. But you would only be able to do so after the fact so it's a futile attempt.

Microsoft has caused more problems than it's worth to use a browser for FTP. I recommend that they use Firefox with the FireFTP extension. If you are just sending them links to download files, you can use http://path-to-file and it will download. You can also check out AnyClient, it's a browser based FTP client.

It's called spoofing and there isn't a thing you can do about it. If you own a domain it's going to happen.

You will need the following Perl libraries installed on your server. If they are not on your server you will need to open a ticket with the help desk and ask if they would install them on your server. All TCH servers are configured the same for the most part but sometimes certain libraries do not get installed. A ticket with the help desk and they will inform you if they can install them or not. >Troubleshooting: You need these modules installed on your server for this to work. Generally, this isn't something you do yourself - open a help ticket with your host and ask them if these are installed. If they aren't ask them to install them. Do exactly what it says to do. Then log in with Admin and admin for the password. Then you can change the user and password from within Zen Cart is what I am reading. If you just installed it how much have you done with it. Maybe it would just be simpler to delete it and reinstall it.

I've never used Zen Cart but I assume that it uses a database. I would imagine you can find the user name and reset the password using phpAdmin in cPanel. I also found this and this and this doing a Google search.

April, I just reread your original post. Here's what I would do. 1. Backup the Thunderbird folder under your Documents and Settings\Application Data 2. Reformat your drive 3. Install Thunderbird but don't add any acounts 4. Restore your backed up folder Start Thunderbird and everything should be there.

April, in your Thunderbird folder you have a Profiles folder and a profiles.ini file. You have said that your profiles.ini file contains this information. >[General] StartWithLastProfile=1 [Profile0] Name=default IsRelative=1 Path=Profiles/sj8lyymw.default That means in the Profiles folder there is a folder called sj8lyymw.default. Copy your *.default folder from your backup to the current Profiles folder. Once you do that, delete or rename the sj8lyymw.default folder. Now edit the last line in your profile.ini for path to what the .default folder name is you restored from your backup.

As both Gabi and Thomas have stated these profiles are stored on your C-Drive in the Documents and Settings folder. In that folder you will find a folder with your log in name for your desktop. Go into that folder then go into the Application Data folder and then the Thunderbird folder.
