  7. Email is the slowest to change over. They will receive email at both the new/old addresses for up to 72 hours. At least that's been my experience. They should create new accounts using IP address for the mail server if known until all mail stops at the old host at which time they should switch their email server back to the domain name. Another option is on the old host to forward any email received to an external email address like a GMail address.

  11. Looks like it will be record turnouts. I have voted at the same time at the same place for 10 years. This morning there were at least 100 people in line when I got there at 6:30. In the past I have always been voter 3 or 4 today I was 102.

  14. To set up multiple you would need to set up a separate FTP account for each one that went to a different folder. Else they all share the same folder and account. You could create a "shared" folder in your public_html folder and create sub-folders for each account within that folder.
  15. All spell checks that run on the server side will slow down the servers. It's doubtful that phpBB would have one built in.
  16. Aspell and Pspell are the two server side spell checkers. I know they were discontinued because they cause heavy loads on server which in turn slows down everyone on that server.

  24. The certificates TCH sells are provided by Comodo and are 256-bit encrypted. You can use the icons provided here. Currently you can not get an EV certificate. And there is a 30-day warranty.
