Just to let you know, we have never shut a site down after one spam complaint, we have aslo never charged anyone the $500 penalty, so that pretty much shuts that theory down right there. If youar account got suspended it was suspended for many spam complaints not just one.

just moving from one server to another in the same DNS zone it usually doesnt take long. i was able to see the site on the new server within a couple of minutes. If you cant see it try holding down shift and clicking reload, or clearing your cache

the admin username and password for the guestbook isnt the same as the cpanel username and password, if you go back to the advanced guestbook section in cpanel I believe it says the name and password.

Your account has been moved, just to clear something up. your account was originally on a standard server, not a reseller server. you requested it be moved and that is normally against our policy, for some reason the tech on duty moved it anyway (that tech is no longer with us by the way) It was moved to a reseller server for some reason.

If you take a look at that IP in Latest Visitors, you wll find that it is the Spider/crawler for Yahoo/Inktomi Slurp. Yahoo and Google have been looking for files regardless if the are on a server for a while now. I get hits from Yahoo looking for 'mySubscriptions.opml' which is part of Manila, yet I run WordPress.

We dont provide any scripts for PGP or provide support for setting it up. From reading the other post you linked to it sounds pretty basic and they were able to set it up themselves wirth little effort.
