If I'm not reading your post wrong? You have these links stored in FireFox, if so you can look in in your profile directory for bookmarks.html. This might not be what you want but is a quick solution for an updated list of your bookmarks in FF.

Assuming you have your files in a directory named bugzilla just go to http://your-TCH-site.com/bugzilla/checksetup.pl

I was only testing it and never put it into use so I don't know how it will affect the server. However you do not need shell access or a cron job. checksetup.pl can be run directly from your browser. The only problem I ran into was I had to have a few modules installed to get it to work (just put in a ticket to the help desk). Find the following in your installation: /docs/txt/Bugzilla-Guide.txt Just follow these directions and you should have no problem.

I just found this not too long ago. Look for the blue SHOW ME button in IE. In FF it will display "This feature requires Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 or later. Click the following icon to install the latest version. Then reload this page to view the sample." and shows the Get IE button. This works for the css because it will be ignored by all other browsers except IE.

Just wanted to add a side note It's a good idea to have a robots.txt file even if it is blank. Bots will look for this files and if its not there the server will give a "file not found" error. If your site is crawled frequently this can make a real mess of your logs.

It has been a whle but as far as I know you can create groups in nuke and set access rights. There should be no need for a second installation.

If that directory was created by a script then most likely it belongs to the user nobody. You will have to submit a ticket to the help desk to have them change ownership of the file or delete it for you.

You sure Correct, you can add just one user and use that for all databases. I prefer different users as its easier to keep track or change the pass if need.

As for the other script, in cPanel add new account under FTP Manager for the directory ssp. Then follow the MySQL tutorial to create the database and provide them with following information.
