How large is the file you are trying to add to the DB? The error you are seeing is because your query packet size(the amount of data you sent) is larger than the allowed setting in the MySQL configuration. You will need to open a ticket to have us check the server setting. If the query you are trying to send is extremely large, we may not be able to increase the setting to accommodate it.

Sounds like she turned on the option to display a web page on the Desktop. To turn this option off: Right click an empty space on desktop. Choose Properties. Hi Donna, You only need to worry about the IP change if you are using custom name servers or if you have a dedicated IP for SSL. Since your site is running fine then you don't need to do anything else.

Your server was migrated to the new TotalChoice DataCenter and that IP is no longer vaild. Just change the IP to your domain name and you will be able to connect again.

The error you are seeing is a curl error usually related to DNS issues. I took a quick glance at the script and I don't see anything wrong with it. I have noted your ticket and someone from level2 will review it.

Just open a ticket and we will assist you. Ask the techs to make a backup of your forum directory and the associated database.
