    Take a look here http://abyss.sourceforge.net/ That will set you up with a local web server with php, mysql, apache etc.

    All of the install info is in the download, OSCommerce is available on our servers as a pre installed script, all you would need to do is specify a folder to install to, and click a button. There are several forum members that use oscommerce as well and getting help with it usually isnt a problem.

    You can find answers to most problems in the osCommerce forums and the install instructions are included in the package. Also osCommerce is an one click install from your cPanel, just look under CGI Scripts>Addon Scripts .

    I have put together a simple solution to this(with a little help). I am still learning about php so any input is great. AWStats Access Provides access to AWStats outside of cPanel, for when you don't want users to have full access

    Our AUP doesnt say anything about a limit for sent mail, so you couldnt be suspended for it. However, our mail servers DO limit accounts to sending certain amounts of emails. For specific details please drop me a email and I can explain. Mailman doesnt have an option for sending a set amount of e-mails over a set time (not that I have found anyway) I use Dada on my site and it works GREAT! http://mojo.skazat.com/ You can specify the amount of mail to be sent over a set amount of time and its easy to set up and install.
