The best thing to do is contact the ISP of the person you are trying to send to, and talk to someone in their abuse department (not a support tech) and see if they can give you any more info.

Theres been a few chamges to the support staff, and I just wanted to make everyone aware of whats going on. We have some new full time support people, and some of the people that were support have moved to mod positions on the forums. They arent going anywhere, at least we hope not. Use the Index Manager under Site Management on your cPanel. The index manager will allow you to turn indexes on or off for a directory. If indexes are off, people will not be able to see what files are in a directory that lacks an index file.

Noy entirely true, the second domain name is not hosted with TCH. If his registrar allows redirecting thats ok. TCH does not allow parking a subdomin and pointing it to a subdirectory.

All indications are that the error is caused by someone that is subscribed to a forum but has a bad e-mail address listed, or no e-mail address at all. Check your e-mail address and make sure it is valid.

.htaccess is a hidden file, a lot of ftp programs wont show hidden files by default. Smart FTP shows hidden files, or you can view it with file manager in your cpanel.
