  18. PHP upgrades are on the last stage of deployment. Since this needs to be adopted across all our shared and reseller servers, we need some more time for the roll out. You can expect an announcement regarding this very soon. Thank you for your patience.
  19. From what you have described, it looks like an issue with your vpn settings. To debug this please open a ticket on our help desk with your domain and outputs of traceroute and telnet to the said ports from within vpn. Also include your VPN public ip.
  20. There are no direct methoods of copying your existing html pages to wordpress as wordpress is php - mysql based. Your best approach would be to recreate the pages manually once wordpress is installed. That said, there are plugins like HTML Import 2 which you may look into. Make sure you have backups of your data before starting to work on it.
  21. Welcome to the forum, PensandBeetles.
  22. SFTP was offered years back as a tool for clients to securely connect to the server. This was something that we hacked into the server configs. Once cPanel started offering FTPS as default which served the purpose of secure connection, we decided not to offer it on the new builds and kept the service on the older servers. We cannot implement it on the newer builds for a lot of reasons including it being a manual and non-standard setup, having to tunnel ssh protocol which has lots of security implications on our shared setup etc. Our goal is to get our servers 100% compatible with cpanel so that all future upgrades, new features etc from cpanel can be adopted on the servers with little or no modifications needed on the server side as well as client side. So yes, I am afraid SFTP will no longer be available on the migrated server.
  23. Thank you for your feed back.
  24. We have been fighting a large scale DDOS on the server for the past few hours. Our network team has been working behind the scene within our NOC, so far we have been able to mitigate the attack with varying degree of success as the volume and nature vector of the attack keeps changing as soon as the blocks start to work. Considering the affect this is having on our client base, we are offering clients on bluejays an option to move to a new server upon reqeust. We will be taking care of the transfer of all your files, the site will start to work immediately from the new server if you are using our nameservers. If you are using external nameservers or pointing the domain via IP from outside, you will need to update the IP to the one we will be providing you via the ticket that you need to open for the server move. Requesting your patience while we work on this issue. Thank you for your understanding.
