  2. Migration complete. This took longer than what we initially estimated. But the delay was needed to make sure that the data from old server gets copied correctly. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience. If you are seeing any issues, please open a ticket via our Help Desk, we will gladly check it out.
  3. We ran into some issues with the backup process so we are now treading slowly to ensure that the accounts that are being transferred are done properly. The accounts are very large so will take more time than we estimated. We are now working with lesser number of accounts in batches so that downtime can be avoided. We will update you as things progress

  6. As part of the upgrade plans TCH has for our server farm, we will be migrating all accounts on this server to a new server tomorrow. This would provide you with more power, stability and potential to further expand your business. The new server is on the same dns cluster, the sites will work fine as soon as the migration is complete. Since this is a completely new server, all accounts WILL be getting a new IP address. You still WILL NOT need to make any IP changes or DNS modifications from your end if you are using our nameservers. If you are using external nameservers or pointing the domain via IP from outside, you will need to update the IP to the one mentioned below. Please note that this needs to be done only after the migration is reported complete here. old IP :: 198.38.77.46 new IP :: 198.38.77.79 As always our technical support team will be online to attend your queries.
  7. Emails getting delivered to Junk mail is always result of the spam / filter rules set at the receiving side. This could be because of the content of the emails, how restrictive the filters are etc. Since this process is taking place at the receiver's side we would need the complete headers of one such email that ended in the spam folder along with the original email so that we can try see what is going on. Once you have the headers, please open a ticket via our support department with as much info as you can give so that we can look into it.

As part of our commitment to provide the best hosting environment for your sites, we have been working in the background to push out some changes. # Multi PHP Support for PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2 We now have the very latest of PHP versions as supported by cPanel, ie PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2. All clients hosted on our shared and reseller hosting plans can now choose these PHP versions simply by logging into cPanel and using the MultiPHP Manager to assign the new PHP versions as needed. Please make sure that all your scripts, themes and plugins are on the latest version and that they are compatible with the new versions before making the changes.   9. Restore is complete. If your site is not working, try refreshing the cache of your browser and restarting your system / router.   10. Account restores are running. Please refrain from doing anything on the accounts till this is reported as complete.
  11. We saw multiple hardware issues with the server and inspite the best efforts of our NOC team, the server is unstable. We are looking at a restore. A new server is currently being built. Updates to follow
