Are you using the ip address from your welcome e-mail for your ftp login address ? You will need to login that way instead of ftp.domain.ext til your domain name changes to the TCH name servers complete their proagation.

Thomas, you made no mistake, you are just using the right mode Thumbs Up I haven't used Aceftp, but I hear good thing about it. I like CoreFTP lite, but I am sure there are many fine ftp programs out there.

Glad you got it working Emm! In case anyone is wondering what they are talking about. Most ftp programs have three settings Binary, Ascii or Automatic. The automatic mode looks at the file extension to determine which mode to use. As in if it is a known image extension it will use binary, otherwise it will generally use ascii. The automatic mode is generally the best.
