Are you usinf cpanels file manager? I have had mixed results with it and now just use an ftp program to change permissions.

Thomas in WHM you can view accounts bandwidth and to the right is a box where you can modify the amount to give an account more. The same is true with alloted space, just type in a new amount. And if you list accounts you will see how much space and bandwidth is left. Also when you list accounts, you see a link to the accounts cpanel, making it easier to enter into the selected cpanel. And yeas a help ticket will have support move all your domains inside your reseller account.

Kristi, even though you have checked the settings, I would look at the setting for Exposure Value and increase it to EV+2 or more to see if that helps. If you get the exposure back up the color should increase. I have a Sony Cyber Shot and love it ( because it has all the features ) I have heard the Fuji is nice. Welcome to the family Mike In cpanel, look for the link to file manager and click it it will open in new window. look for the folder public_html click on the folder icon (not the text link) now you are in your public area (where others can see) look for the upload link and browse to the file on your computer and select it and upload it now you can see the file as (from your welcome e-mail http://IP~username, and later if you have a domain name that too will show the list of files there that is the simple version, later you can get into web pages when you are ready.

We try not to make an active link to other sites for SEO reasons You can also just make a link bold or a color to deactivate it.

If you are the contact e-mail for your domain it may take a week or so. TCH will contact them, they will contact the e-mail listed for your domain, and you have to respond to them acknowledging that you want the transfer, and then later they will allow the transfer. At least that is how it should work, if they do not drag their feet. Two of mine were done in less than two weeks.
