It sounds like you are trying to use a browser to upload files rather than an ftp program. If so when you see the incoming folder, goto file > log on as after you are logged on be sure to go into your public_html folder first. and welcome to the family.

Yes, if you use ftp to copy the chat files to your computer, you can go through the code and modify it. It may be enough to just modify the index.php there are notes in it to help a little.

I do not have update.lastUpdateDate in my prefs. Still working just fine.

Not quite, my bad. For ftp you would use ftp.**** remote dir public_html/subdomain the subdomain folder goes after public_html

For ftp you would use ftp.****/subdomain remote dir public_html I do not use DW, but That should do it.

if you use include $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']."/inc/PHhead.php"; it will be portable and work from any place on your site

Be sure to follow the steps to secure your gallery. If you are using an ftp program, you may be able to change file permission by right clicking and selecting properties. Or in cpanels file manager, click a folder icon to navagate into a folder and click the file name to show options at the right, like CHMOD or file permissions. We really are like family here.
