Hi Biff, when you sign up for hosting you wil receive an e-mail with the name servers for which ever server you end up on. A domain name can be parked by changing the DNS to your name servers and then open a help desk ticket to the techs to ask them to park the domain on top of your account. But if you buy the domain name through TCH, to be hosted here it should be set up to point to your account, if it does not you can log into your domain name account and change it.

Did you edit the 2nd line in the php file as in remove the comment characters # and put your email address there and then upload both the dodsmail.php and the test.html files to the same folder and run the test.html file to see if it works?

I think the way to install is to accept GD as the default then after install go into the config and select Imagemagik using the path /usr/local/bin/

You could open a help desk ticket to the techs and explain the problem and ask if the problem site could be moved to the same server as your good site. its worth a try.

Sorry I meant you could use that method to turn the globals on or off for your site. So if you put that in your .htaccess file to turn them on in your main or shopping folder then it would not matter later if things change on the server.

You can add php_flag register_globals off to your .htaccess file to turn off Register_globals in your account.

It sounds like you have both and account and a forward setup I think you just need a forward to do what you want. Or is this a problem with the web mail app you installed?

I think you will need to use your own login script some kind of folder login script I would look on hotscripts.com

Welcome to the forums Mitan As Bruce mentioned did you try using cpanels file-manager to upload files to compare? and have you tried more than one ftp program? Sometimes a different ftp program can make a difference. Also if you are on a dial-up the quality of the phone connection makes a big difference such as how noisy is the connection or is there a hum on the line.
