  3. When you uploaded the new files did you drag a folder named guestbook into your current guestbook folder/ Thats what it looks like you did.

    I like the black background but would create a layer below the type and make a selection of the letters and stroke it outside 1 pixel of black to make a black outline so the letters will show up over the lighter background areas.
  5. I remember something like this with IE5 I would full size the browser and the next time I opened it it would be back to less than full size again.

    Interesting effect, but maybe a thin black outline around the letters will make them stand out better.

  8. The easiest way to back up your database is in cpanel > backup > download database. If need be you can upload that backup in the same place later.

  11. I just tried and while I can create a sub folder in horde it will not let me put more folders below that one.
  12. Look for any lines that have a blank space before the code is run or before going into php, thats the normal cause.
  13. You might try installing by selecting GD for images to see if it will instal ok And then go back and change the config to imagemagick after. Its worth a try.
  14. Welcome to the forum spongie93 I am not familiar with that script, but some gallery scripts have a problem recognizing imagemagick Like coppermine, where you have to select GD instead and then after the install you go back and change the config to use imagemagick .

  23. I do the same thing but my isp is now blocking me from using my sites email to send with even port 26. You might try changing to port 26 to see if that works. This is what I had to do, I create copies of my isp email setup and change the reply email address to my own and more copies for my forwards. I first export my isp email for safety then modify my isp email setup to use my forward address changing the description to sen as my forward name then I import the normal ips setup to restore it. I hope this helps.

You can also backup your database in cpanel>backup download a database And while you are in the backup page, you can downlaod a home backup to back up all your files. depending on what forum you have and how new it is you may be able to just upload changed files.
