I've contacted the developers of CPanel regarding this...I'll keep you updated. How are you logging in? If you use http://www.example.com/webmail than you only have to login once. Thanks for the suggestions mod_gzip is a CPanel thing? I figured it was more server-level since it's an apache module. And for the webmail login reference, see this thread: How To Change Users For Webmail? Basically, I'm talking about how you have to do an apache-level authentication, then the webmail program's authentication. IE, you hit domain.com/webmail, and apache says "user/passwd" then you get past that, and webmail asks for the same. w00t! Thanks. Let me explain where the hostname servernode.net is coming from. When we build up a server at this facility, we give them our exact server specs and they in turn build the server. This includes a fresh install of the Operating System and cPanel. When they have tested the server and are confident it's a strong build, TotalChoice will then purchase the server. With all the above in mind, they have to assign it a hostname in order to put it on the network and test it. We then take over the server and set it up with our standard install and setup. Looks like we botched the hostname on Server54, meaning we forgot to change it somewhere in the setup. This is being looked at now.

Where are you sending these emails off to? I can promise you 100% that if your submitting support tickets that they are being addressed and addressed in a timley manner. This post is a prime example. A staff member responded to your inquiry within 20 minutes.
