My company has been a reseller coustomer for a few months now. When I set up the account, I was assuming it would be like any other reseller accounts where you were restricted on certian things like the amount of clients you can have, or they would take a part of the price that you charged. When I asked the person on AIM, if they took anything when I charged a customer and he said "nope, we sure don't." I was totally flabergasted! (speachless) I have been working on computers since my first personal computer back in 1978, and this is the first company that had ever told me this. My buisness is to construct highly personalized websites and hosting them is just another form of income for me. I was looking for an low out of pocket expense vs having to be forced to own and service my own dedicated servers and internet connections. But I found that through the control pannels, that It's more economical for me to host everything on your systems; leaving more time for me to construct, maintain, and look for new clients. The biggest feature that I really love is the Backup and Restore system for the complete site. I don't know who decided to go with this, but it's a god sent for me! Thanks again and hope to see more suprising features!

Can you see you site on 23? If so than your most likely not effected.

Hey all, We sometimes do fail, it is simply human nature to fail. I would never tell anyone that TCH is perfect. We are not. However, when we fail we always try to make things right. This customer was not happy, but I just wish he/she would have given us the chance to make things right. As everyone knows we would have.

I find it amusing that you fail to leave your website url, your name, you post as Anonymous and the email address you used to sign up to our forums can not be located in our client database. I also find it even more amusing that you entered the forums using a proxy from overseas. Please be more specific or your post will be removed.

Hi, Sorry to see you having problems with email. Here is what the error codes are about. Persistent Transient Failure: Delivery time expired TCH tried to send the email to the earthlink account several times and the server was down or did not respond. 450 earthlink.net backlog too large to queue [domain may be overloaded or down] The domain earthlink.net's email servers were down or overloaded and were bouncing all mail.

Hey, I am looking for a windows prog that will give me the ability to have multiple pastes availble from a right click of my mouse. So if I copy 5 things to a clipboard, I want to right click and choose from one of the five things. Any one?

I wanted to respond to this and many other threads about my dedication to the business. First of all, thanks for your kind words. It makes me proud to serve you guys day in and day out. I average about 3-5 hours sleep per night. Sometimes more other days less. The hosting business, she is a tough one. It takes a TEAM of dedicated guys and gals to bring you what you see here. I am not the only one working hard to bring you the services that we offer here. I may work 18 -20 hours a day, but I enjoy it. Sure there are times when this business is hard on me or my staff. However, every time we read a nice review or comment from a family member it makes it all worth while. I had a person in chat ask me why the welcome email said "Welcome to the family". He asked why such a sales gimmick in the welcome email. I explained to him that it was not a gimmick at all. It was really the way the company is run. It is the truth. Everyone from our last signup to our first signup is part of the family. I cant tell you how many times I have gotten a chat at 4am in the morning from a family member that was having a issue. They are always so surprised that we will help them no matter what the request is. Had a family member whos site went down as he exceeded his monthly bandwidth, he awoke me with an emergency page. Instead of responding to him with "USE THE HELPDESK", I got online and gave him 1gb of bw to get him thru the rest of the month and went back to bed. Two days later a package arrives at the office from this client. A new sony playstation 2. Just to say thank you. I am continually amazed at this family of clients. I really do love this place and love working for each and every one of you guys. BIll
