Mediation means that a customer has asked hosting assured to help them solve a dispute with us. We have been with Hosting Assured for almost two years. This is only the second time a customer has mediated a problem. In this case this complaint is from a former customer who failed to pay his hosting bills and his site was suspended.

All our virtual servers have a shared ssl. Our resellers servers do not offered shared SSL.

We do not offer SSH to any virtual hosting clients.

Care to let us know who you are? Ticket #'s etc? Account provisions go wacky at times, its just a fact of life. But for you to accuse us of refusing to place you on a working server is the craziest thing I have ever heard. Send me a email and I will look into the issues. But please give us a chance to correct problems before accusing us of acting like SBC. My yahoo/aol is on almost 20 hours a day (tchgurubill). I would have personally answered your questions. Tell me the name of a CEO at SBC that offers that to his clients and I will pay your phone bill for the next six months. Either way I am sorry if you had issues. Give me a chat on Yahoo/AOL or drop me a email and I will refund your first month of service as a sign of good faith on our part. We are trying our hardest every day to make happy clients. Diito on Monkey Boy's post. We have tons of clients running MT on TCH servers. In fact, my personal web site runs MT and is on a TCH server. I think other can also chime in here.

People make mistakes....it is human nature. Mike made a misinformed announcement that ssl wasnt on 54. He was wrong. Rick corrected him and posted the correct information.
