  7. HEY NOW! I am right here
  8. Alan, The reviews are per customer. So adding a comment per domain would not really be fair. Thanks to all for the kind words. It really helps to sell our services. Bill

  10. We are no longer hiring at this time. Thanks
  11. *****host is actually TotalChoice Hosting. In the early days we were known by ***** We changed our name over a year ago to TotalChoice Hosting. Your domain login is the same as before. http://www.secureserver.net/default.asp?pr...simple&se=&isc= In fact your domain cant be *****host.com cause TCH owns that name. Your nameservers might have been ns?.*****host.com TCH now uses a Master/Slave DNS service. You can set your Name Servers to NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM NS2.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM
  12. I have just reviewed your declined transactions. You are not entering a full street address. You are simply entering My Street I am sure there is a number related to your house?
  13. Ok just let us know. You can IM me if you still have no luck.
  14. This is being dealt with here
  15. The only thing I can suggest is that you attempt to complete another signup. Make sure your address is precise and it matches your CC address. If it fails again please IM me. We will see what to do at that point. Thanks
  16. I highly doubt that the AVS system used for every major credit card is wrong. What I do think might have happened is you might have made a unknown typo. For example. If your card is registered to 1234 Any Street And you enter 1234 any StReeT The address will be rejected.
  17. Your issue had nothing to do with our ordering system, but had everything to do with the AVS check as described here.
  18. According to our credit card merchant gateway. the address you entered in did not match the address listed with your credit card company. The way the system works, is we take a preauthorization on the credit card and then we do a AVS (Address Verification Check) on the card. Since the AVS failed on your card we will not be taking the funds off of the pre-authorization.
  19. How did the new order process feel for you?
  20. The wait is over. We are now taking orders again. Thanks to everyone for waiting.
  21. We are now taking orders for Virtual and Reseller Plans. Thanks to anyone who waited.
  22. If things go to plan, all new orders will be processed thru our new ordering system. Two of my team members have been hard at work over the past several days on this. Lets see what happens. Bill
  23. Servers are built and online. We should be able to start taking orders again by 5pm EST
  24. To quote Mr. Krabs.... (Famous Employer of SpongeBob Squarepants!) "I've got a bad feeling in the pit of me wallet."
  25. Hello, Until further notice TotalChoice has suspended accepting new clients. This sales stopage is in effect for all virtual and reseller services. Why do you ask? Mainly we have simply grown to fast this month and have not been able to build servers fast enough to keep up with demand. I refuse to over sell our servers, so we have no other choice but to stop taking new orders. However, with this huge growth spurt I want to allow my staff a couple days to catch up with any outstanding issues this new growth may have caused. The customer is always first. If we oversell our services and or servers we would not be everyones favorite hosting company for long. I am thinking we will resume taking orders in a few days, but I promise nothing at this point. Thank you to all our new customers for making January 2004 our best month EVER! Bill
