Ok - I will answer one at a time. 1. Nothing is working on my FrontPage (I have tried everyway to get to my site and nothing) ----I have used FrontPage for years and never run into this much of a wall Give a little more information would be nice. I have no clue what the issue is unless you tell me whats broke. 2. I can NOT even use the Help Desk (says my log-in and password are not correct (which means I get no technical support available to me). You did not read the text above the login at the help desk. I will paste it here. "Please log in to your help desk account below, or create an account. First time users must register to use this help desk. Your hosting account username and password will not work on the help desk unless you have registered with the Help Desk using that information!" 3. Yesterday (before all these problems), I was all ready to move all of my sites (4 or 5) to a reseller account with TotalChoice Hosting. I sent an e-mail saying that I wanted to "upgrade to reseller" and NO one has replied (I am trying to give them more money). Being that yesterday was a weekend, how fast would you like sales to respond. We get about 500 emails on any given day. Things take time. 4. Through all of this headache, one person was helpful -- Nicholas. If he didn't exist, I would be wondering if anyone is there. All of our reps are here to help. Nick is a great tech support person, kudos to him. 5. I know that my password and username are correct because I CAN get to the control panel. I think the answer given to number 2 shall explain this.

I dont understand your ? You can create unlimited DB's with most of our packages. If you could re-state your question maybe that would help. Sorry Bill

Semi-Dedicated is a very large reseller server. You share the server with up to five other clients and no more. You dont get root access and its more like a reseller account with tons of space. Thanks

TCH will be having scheduled maintenance, on Friday 01/31/03 at 7PM EST. The purpose of the maintenance is to install a new GIGE switch for the network. You dont need to know HTML to build web pages, and you for sure dont need to know HTML to give EXCELLENT tech support. Lianna proved this every day.
