Head Guru Posted May 17, 2003 Posted May 17, 2003 Hello, Wanted to let everyone know of a change in our staff responsiblites. Tony Winfrey is no longer with the company and effective today Mitch is being elevated to "Customer Service Director". Mitch will be dealing more with the day to day customer relations aspect of the business. His main role will be responding to customer issues via email, handling support sessions and dealing with customer related issues on the forums. Mitch has excelled in dealing with customers and this change only makes sense. Please wish Mitch good luck in his new role, I am sure he will do excellent. Congrats Mitch!
