Sorry, Dennis. I don't understand the question. Are you asking what folder new mail will be sent to? I just use Inbox. You can use the options feature to set filtering rules, etc. Somehow I don't think that answers your question though. If you're asking how to make Horde the default for your webmail, I don't know. I generally just go directly to Horde via a bookmark or from cPanel when I want to check my mail on the web. Mostly I use Outlook... I only check it on the web from work or when I'm travelling. Again, I don't think I'm answering your question. Maybe someone else can help.... or maybe you could rephrase your question and I'll give it another try.

You don't have to do anything... just click on your choice and enter your password and you will see whatever is on the server from any one of them. I use Horde... only because I was already familiar with it from a previous host.

Nat... I see all three banners and all the images (in IE) for the first two links you gave. The third link is broken... page not found.... takes me to a search page. I don't have Norton Internet Security... sorry I can't help. VI

I must have a different version of Outlook... there's nothing about Remote Mail and the instuctions that do appear make reference to folders that I don't seem to have or can't find... I'll look into PopTray.... thanks All. VI

Does anyone know if it's possible to leave messages on the server and download only the headers using Outlook Express. I only see an option to leave a copy on the server which I assume means the entire email is downloaded with the send/receive function. I downloaded two trojan viruses today.... Mad!!!

I think that just as there are laws on the books that are deemed unenforceable and therefore arrests are not made, there will be patents whose violations are equally unenforceable and not pursued. Companies will certainly have to consider the bad PR (Public Relations, not Page Rank) of going after 'violators' and looking silly. But then again, maybe not. Especially when you consider that these decisions are made by lawywers. BTW.... I'm patenting the idea of using initials to abbreviate complete phrases. By my estimation, members of this board owe me a nice chunk of change.

Thanks, Jim, for that clarification. I see what you mean. Any tips on getting ranked higher in the SERP? I don't have a lot of text on my pages (hardly any, in fact). Should I load up on the descriptions and keywords in the HTML? It seems that most people who find me via search engine, do so by way of the Alt Text in my images (the Image Titles are wha I use for the Alt Text). Should I expand the Alt Text for each image? Maybe add a blurb about the image? I just added some keywords to the Page Titles... will that help? I'm trying to get more sites to link to me too. Anything else I should be doing? BTW... I'll be in Key West in a couple of weeks... I'll try to track you down and say hi... edit: looks like our posts crossed and you read my mind! Randy (VI)
